I, the Minister for Industrial Relations, in pursuance of section 5 (1) of the Public Holidays Act

2010, make the following Order.

Explanatory note

The object of this Order is to declare 17 February 2017 and 16 February 2018, from 9 am to 5 pm, as part-day public holidays for specified parts of the Shoalhaven City Council area.

1      Name of Order

This Order is the Public Holidays Amendment (Shoalhaven City Council) Order
2016.

2      Commencement

This Order commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3 Amendment of Public Holidays Order 2011

(1) Clause 4 Public holidays for a specified part of the State

Omit the matter relating to Shoalhaven City Council area from the table to the clause.

Insert in appropriate order in the table to the clause:

That part of the County of Camden, the	Part-day from 9 am to 5 pm on 17 February
Parish of Cambewarra and those portions of	2017

the Parishes of Burrawang, Bugong, within the Shoalhaven City Council area

That part of the County of Camden, the	Part-day from 9 am to 5 pm on 16 February
Parish of Cambewarra and those portions of	2018

the Parishes of Burrawang, Bugong, within the Shoalhaven City Council area
