I, the Special Minister of State, Minister for the Public Service and Employee Relations, Aboriginal Affairs, and the Arts, in pursuance of sections 5(1) and 8(1) of the Public Holidays Act
2010, make the following Order.

Explanatory note
The object of this Order is to declare certain public holidays and event days in particular areas of the State for 2020 and 2021.
This Order is made under sections 5(1) and 8(1) of the Public Holidays Act 2010.
