I, the Minister for Industrial Relations, in pursuance of sections 5 (1) and 8 (1) of the Public
Holidays Act 2010, make the following Order.

Explanatory note
The object of this Order is to declare certain public holidays and local event days in particular areas of the
State for 2015.

1 Name of Order
This Order is the Public Holidays Amendment Order 2015.
2 Commencement
This Order commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3 Definition
In this Order:
the Act means the Public Holidays Act 2010.4 Public holidays for a specified part of the State
For the purposes of section 5 (1) of the Act, a day or part-day specified in Column 2 is declared to be a public holiday for the part of the State specified in Column 1:
