I, the Special Minister of State, Minister for the Public Service and Employee Relations, Aboriginal Affairs, and the Arts, at the request of Muswellbrook Shire Council and in pursuance of section 5(3) of the Public Holidays Act 2010, make the following Order.

Explanatory note
The object of this Order is to amend the Public Holidays Order 2011 to revoke the declaration of a half-day public holiday from 12 midday on 27 March 2020 for the Muswellbrook Shire Council area, as the event that was to be held on that day (the Muswellbrook Cup) will no longer be open to the public.
This Order is made under section 5(3) of the Public Holidays Act 2010.
