Days) Order 2014
under the
Public Holidays Act 2010
I, the Minister for Industrial Relations, at the request of the respective Councils and in pursuance
of section 8 (1) of the Public Holidays Act 2010, make the following Order.

Explanatory note
The objects of this Order are:
| (a) | to declare 28 February 2014 to be a local event day for the Newcastle City local government area, and |
| (b) | to declare 28 February 2014 to be a local event day for the Lake Macquarie City local government area, and |
| (c) | to declare the half-day from 12 midday on 17 March 2014 to be a local event day for Armidale Dumaresq local government area. |
This Order is made under section 8 (1) of the Public Holidays Act 2010.
