I, the Minister for Industrial Relations, in pursuance of section 5 (1) of the Public Holidays Act

2010, make the following Order.

Explanatory note

The object of this Order is to amend the Public Holidays Order 2011 to declare 20 September 2018 and 19 September 2019, from 12 midday to 6 pm on each day, to be part-day public holidays for the Lismore City Council local government area.

This Order is made under section 5 (1) of the Public Holidays Act 2010.
