I, the Minister for Industrial Relations, in pursuance of section 5 (1) and (2) of the
Public Holidays Act 2010, make the following Order.

Explanatory note
The object of this Order is to declare 22 September 2011 to be a part-day public holiday from
12 midday for the Lismore City Council area.

This Order is made under section 5 (1) and (2) of the Public Holidays Act 2010.

Clause 4

Insert after clause 3:

4      Public holidays for a specified part of the State (section 5 (1) and (2))

A day or part-day specified in Column 2 is declared to be a public holiday for the part of the State specified in Column 1:
