I, the Minister for Industrial Relations, at the request of Kempsey Shire Council and in pursuance of section 8 (1) of the Public Holidays Act 2010, make the following Order.

Explanatory note
The Kempsey Show Day, scheduled for 26 April 2017, has been postponed. The object of this Order is to
amend the Public Holidays Order 2011 to revoke the declaration of a local event day from 12 midday on
26 April 2017 in respect of the Kempsey Shire Council area.
This Order is made under section 8 (1) of the Public Holidays Act 2010.
