I, the Minister for Finance and Services, in pursuance of section 5 of the Public
Holidays Act 2010, make the following Order.

Explanatory note
The objects of this Order are:

(a)	to declare 11 November 2011 to be a part-day public holiday from 12 midday for the Kempsey Shire Council area, and
(b)	to cancel the part-day public holiday on 12 May 2011 for that area.

This Order is made under section 5 of the Public Holidays Act 2010.

This Order is the Public Holidays Amendment (Kempsey Shire Council)
Order 2011.

2      Commencement

This Order commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3 Amendment of Public Holidays Order 2011

(1) Clause 4 Public holidays for a specified part of the State (section 5 (1)
and (2))

Insert at the end of clause 4:

Kempsey Shire Council area Half-day from 12 midday on
11 November 2011

(2)	Clause 5
Insert after clause 4:

5      Cancelled public holidays (section 5 (3))

The public holiday for the part of the State specified in Column 1 for the day or part of the day specified in Column 2 is cancelled:
