Public Holidays Act 2010
I, the Minister for Industrial Relations, at the request of Kempsey Shire Council, Lismore City Council and Upper Hunter Shire Council and in pursuance of sections 5 and 8 of the Public
Holidays Act 2010, make the following Order.

Explanatory note
The object of this Order is to declare certain public holidays and local event days in particular areas of the
State for 2016.
This Order is made under the Public Holidays Act 2010, including sections 5 and 8.

This Order is the Public Holidays Amendment (Kempsey, Lismore and Upper
Hunter) Order 2016.
2 Commencement
This Order commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
