I, the Minister for Industrial Relations, at the request of Kempsey Shire Council, Lismore City Council and Upper Hunter Shire Council and in pursuance of sections 5 and 8 of the Public

Holidays Act 2010, make the following Order.

Explanatory note
The object of this Order is to declare certain public holidays and local event days in particular areas of the
State for 2016.
This Order is made under the Public Holidays Act 2010, including sections 5 and 8.

1      Name of Order

This Order is the Public Holidays Amendment (Kempsey, Lismore and Upper
Hunter) Order 2016.

2      Commencement

This Order commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

Schedule 1 Amendment of Public Holidays Order 2011

[1]      Clause 4 Public holidays for a specified part of the State

Insert in appropriate order in Columns 1 and 2, respectively, of the table to the clause:

Lismore City Council area	Part-day from 12 midday to 6pm on 22 September 2016
Aberdeen, Blandford, Bunnan, Ellerston,	Half-day from 12 midday on 13 May 2016

Gundy, Moonan Brook, Moonan Flat,
Murrurundi, Parkville, Scone, Rouchel, Timor
and Wingen within the Upper Hunter Shire
Council area
