I, the Minister for Industrial Relations, at the request of Forbes Shire Council and in pursuance of section 8 (1) of the Public Holidays Act 2010, make the following Order.

Explanatory note
The object of this Order is to declare the half-day from 12 midday on 6 September 2013 to be
a local event day for the Forbes local government area.

This Order is made under section 8 (1) of the Public Holidays Act 2010.
