I, the Premier, in pursuance of section 5(3) of the Public Holidays Act 2010, make the following

Order.

Explanatory note

The object of this Order is to amend the Public Holidays Order 2011 to revoke the declaration of public holidays in May 2020 in certain parts of the Cabonne Shire Council and Clarence Valley Council areas, and in the Bogan Shire Council and Coonamble Shire Council areas. In response to the Public Health

(COVID-19 Restrictions on Gathering and Movement) Order 2020, the agricultural shows originally

scheduled for each of those areas have been cancelled.

This Order is made under section 5(3) of the Public Holidays Act 2010.

1      Name of Order

This Order is the Public Holidays Amendment (COVID-19 Revocations) Order 2020.

2      Commencement

This Order commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3 Amendment of Public Holidays Order 2011

Clause 4 Public holidays for a specified part of the State

Omit the following from the table to the clause—

That part of Yeoval that is situated within the Part-day from 8.30 am to 7 pm on 12 May
Cabonne Shire Council area 2020
Bogan Shire Council area Half-day from 12 midday on 18 May 2020
Police Patrol Districts of Maclean, Yamba Part-day from 12 midday to 5 pm on 20 May
and Iluka within the Clarence Valley 2020
Council area
Coonamble Shire Council area 27 May 2020
