I, the Minister for Industrial Relations, at the request of Clarence Valley Council and in pursuance of section 5 (1) of the Public Holidays Act 2010, make the following Order.

Explanatory note

The object of this Order is to amend the Public Holidays Order 2011 to declare 11 and 12 July and 1 November 2018, from 1 pm to 5 pm on each day, as part-day public holidays for Grafton City, within the Clarence Valley local government area.

This Order is made under section 5 (1) of the Public Holidays Act 2010.
