Holidays Act 2010, make the following Order.

The object of this Order is to declare certain part days to be public holidays in specified parts
of the State.

1      Name of Order

This Order is the Public Holidays Amendment (Bland Shire Council and
Young Shire Council) Order 2012.

2      Commencement

This Order commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3 Amendment of Public Holidays Order 2011

(1) Clause 4 Public holidays for a specified part of the State (section 5 (1)
and (2))

Insert before the matter relating to “Ballina Shire Council area”:

Towns of West Wyalong and Half-day from 12 midday on
Wyalong and Police Patrol District of 5 September 2012
Tallimba within the Bland Shire
Council area
(2) Clause 4
Insert before the matter relating to “Lismore City Council area”:
Young Shire Council area Half-day from 12 midday on
25 September 2012
