I, the Special Minister of State, Minister for the Public Service and Employee Relations, Aboriginal Affairs, and the Arts, at the request of Ballina Shire Council and in pursuance of section 8 (1) of the Public Holidays Act 2010, make the following Order.

Explanatory note

The object of this Order is to amend the Public Holidays Order 2011 to revoke the declaration of a local event day on 5 September 2019 in respect of the Ballina Shire Council area. The Ballina Cup, originally scheduled for 5 September 2019, has been postponed.

This Order is made under section 8 (1) of the Public Holidays Act 2010.
