I, the Minister for Industrial Relations, in pursuance of section 5 (1) of the Public Holidays Act
2010, make the following Order.

The object of this Order is to declare part of 12 September 2014 as a public holiday for the Ballina Shire

This Order is the Public Holidays Amendment (Ballina Shire Council) Order 2014.

2      Commencement

This Order commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3 Amendment of Public Holidays Order 2011

Clause 3 Public holidays for a specified part of the State

Insert in appropriate date order in the table in Columns 1 and 2, respectively:
