Public Health (Tobacco Seller's Licence) Amendment Regulations 2001

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Public Health Act 1997 .26 February 2001

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Public Health (Tobacco Seller’s Licence) Amendment Regulations 2001 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Public Health (Tobacco Seller’s Licence) Regulations 2000 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Regulation 4 substituted Regulation 4 of the Principal Regulations is rescinded and the following regulation is substituted: 4Fees (1) For the purpose of section 74B of the Act, the prescribed fee for an application for a tobacco seller’s licence is 75 fee units for each premises specified in the application. (2) The fee prescribed for a notification of additional premises under section 74K of the Act is 75 fee units for each premises specified in the notification.
