Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Public Health (Tobacco) Act 2008.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to repeal the Public Health (Tobacco) Regulation 1999 which
is replaced by the Public Health (Tobacco) Regulation 2009.
This Regulation is made under the Public Health (Tobacco) Act 2008, including section 58

(the general regulation-making power).

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Public Health (Tobacco) Repeal Regulation
2009.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the
NSW legislation website.

3 Repeal of Public Health (Tobacco) Regulation 1999

The Public Health (Tobacco) Regulation 1999 is repealed.
