Public Health (Tobacco Advertisements) Order 2012

I make the following order under section 70(2)(d) of the Public Health Act 1997 .13 March 2012

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Public Health (Tobacco Advertisements) Order 2012 . 2CommencementThis order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 3InterpretationIn this order – Act means the Public Health Act 1997 . 4Declared matterA tobacco advertisement that is displayed, published or broadcast in accordance with any relevant guidelines under the Act is declared to be a matter for the purposes of section 70(2)(d) of the Act.
