PUBLIC HEALTH (SALE OF FOOD AND DRUGS) REGULATIONS.*

REGULATIONS 1961. No. 6.§

After regulation 27 of the Public Health (Sale of Food and Drugs)

Regulations, the following regulation is inserted:—

Protection from " 27A. A person shall not store or sell food, or offer or expose food

pollution by fQr s a j e > j n &Qy p j a c e u n l e s s the f o o d i s —

(a) kept at a height of not less than two feet six inches above the

ground; or

(b) otherwise adequately protected against pollution by dogs.".
