Ordinance 1957.*
I, DONALD ALASTAIR CAMERON, Minister of State for Health, in pursuance of the powers conferred by the Public Health (Prohibited Drugs) Ordinance 1957, hereby make the following Regulations.

PUBLIC HEALTH (PROHIBITED DRUGS) REGULATIONS.
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Public Health (Prohibited Drugs) Citation.

Prohibited
2. For the purposes of the Public Health (Prohibited Drugs) Ordinance drugs.
1957—
(a) the drug diamorphine (heroin) is a prohibited drug; and (b)
the salts of the drug diamorphine (heroin) and a preparation, admixture, extract or other substance containing the drug diamorphine (heroin) are prohibited drugs.
