PUBLIC HEALTH (PROHIBITED DRUGS) REGULATIONS.*

REGULATIONS 1962. No. 9.f

Regulation 2 of the Public Health (Prohibited Drugs) Regulations is Prohibited

amended— drugs-

(a) by omitting from paragraph (a) the word " and "; and

(b) by adding at the end thereof the following word and para-

graph:—

" ; and (c) the drug a-phthalimidoglutarimide (thali- domide) and a preparation, admixture, extract or other substance containing the drug a-phthalimidoglu- tarimide (thalidomide) are prohibited drugs.".
