citation. 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Public Health (Prohibited

Drugs) Regulations.

Repeal. 2. The Public Health (Prohibited Drugs) Regulations (comprising Regula-

tions 1965, No. 1) are repealed.

3. For the purposes of the Public Health (Prohibited Drugs) Ordinance Prohibited

(a) the drugs specified in the Schedule to these Regulations are

prohibited drugs; and

(b) a substance containing such a drug is a prohibited drug.

Amidopyrine or a derivative of amidopyrine
Cannabis or an extract of cannabis
Diamorphine or any of its salts
Ketobemidone or any of its salts
