An Ordinance to amend the Public Health (Prohibited Drugs) Ordinance 1957

Short title

1.  This Ordinance may be cited as the Public Health (Prohibited Drugs) (Amendment) Ordinance 1988.1

Commencement

2.  This Ordinance commences on such date as is fixed by the Minister by notice in the Gazette.

Schedule

3.  The Schedule to the Public Health (Prohibited Drugs) Ordinance 19572 is amended by omitting “Thalidomide” and “Zeranol”.
