Public Health (Private Hospitals) Regulations² (Amendment)

I, ALLAN CLYDE HOLDING, the Minister of State for the Arts and Territories, hereby make the following Regulation under the Public Health Ordinance 1928.

Interpretation

Regulation 3 of the Public Health (Private Hospitals) Regulations is amended by omitting “Nurses Registration Ordinance 1933-1967” from the definition of “Registered nurse” and substituting “Nurses Ordinance 1988”.
