s1 2 s3 Public Health (Postponement) Regulation 2006 No. 259, 2006 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Public Health (Postponement) Regulation 2006 . 2 Postponed commencement of uncommenced provisions of Act (1) The period before automatic commencement, under the ActsInterpretationAct1954 , section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 2 November 2007. 1 (2) In this section— postponed law means the uncommenced provisions of the Public Health Act 2005 . 3 Expiry This regulation expires on 4 November 2007.
