The Australian Capital Territory Executive makes the following Regulations under the Public Health Act 1997.

1. Commencement

   These Regulations commence on the day on which they are notified in the Gazette.

2. Repeal

   The following Regulations are repealed:

Public Health (Medical and Dental Inspection of School Children) Regulations, being Regulations made on 14 October 1930 and notified in the Commonwealth of Australia Gazette on 23 October 1930;

Public Health (Medical and Dental Inspection of School Children) Regulations, being Regulations 1970 No. 2;

Public Health (Medical and Dental Inspection of School Children) Regulations (Amendment), being Regulations 1988 No. 23.
