Public Health (Medical and Dental Inspection of School Children) Regulations² (Amendment)

I, ALLAN CLYDE HOLDING, the Minister of State for the Arts and Territories, hereby make the following Regulation under the Public Health Ordinance 1928.

Verminous children

Regulation 6 of the Public Health (Medical and Dental Inspection of School Children) Regulations is amended—

(a)by inserting “registered” before “nurse”; and

(b)by adding at the end the following subregulation:

“(2)  In subregulation (1), ‘registered nurse’ has the same meaning as in the Nurses Ordinance 1988.”.
