on behalf of the Minister of State for Home Affairs, in pursuance of the powers conferred by the Seat of Government {Administration) Ordinance 1930, and the Public Health Ordinance 1928-1930, hereby make the following Regulations to come into operation forthwith.

Short title. '• i l . . These Regulations may be cited as the Public Eecdth (Medical
and Dental Inspection of [School Children) Regulation's. ' • '• '"
Definitions. Z. I n these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears—

3.—(1;.) An authorized medical officer may examine, medically' and Examination'
