I, JAMES JOSEPH CARLTON, the Minister of State for Health, hereby make the following Regulations under the Public Health Ordinance 1928.

Interpretation
1. Regulation 2 of the Public Health (Meat) Regulations is amended by
inserting after the definition of "Butcher's shop" the following definition:
" 'Chairman' means the person for the time being holding, or performing the duties of, the office of Chairman of the Capital Territory Health Commission;".
Meat Vendor's licence
2. Regulation 4 of the Public Health (Meat) Regulations is amended—
(a) by omitting "accompanied by a fee of $20, grant to him" and sub
(a) by inserting "to the Capital Territory Health Commission" after "pay-. ment"; and (b)
by omitting "him" and substituting "the person". stituting "and upon payment to the Capital Territory Health Com
mission of a fee of $20, grant to the person";
(b)
by inserting "to the Capital Territory Health Commission" after "upon payment"; and
(c)
by omitting "the fee of $20 shall be refunded to the applicant" and substituting "the applicant shall be entitled to be refunded the fee of $20 paid by him".

3. Regulation 6 of the Public Health (Meat) Regulations is amended—
