on behalf of the Minister of State for Home Affairs, in pursuance
of the powers conferred by the Scat of'Governm&nt (Administration)

Ordinance, 1930, and the Public Health Or&inwiyce, 1928-1930,"hereby

make the following Regulations to come into operation forthwith.
