Public Health (Infectious and Notifiable Diseases) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, NEAL BLEWETT, the Minister of State for Health, hereby make the following Regulation under the Public Health Ordinance 1928.

Interpretation
Regulation 3 of the Public Health (Infectious and Notifiable Diseases) Regulations is amended by omitting paragraph (a) of the definition of "Notifiable Disease" in sub-regulation (1) and substituting the following paragraphs:

"(a) Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome;

(aa) Amoebiasis;".
