The Australian Capital Territory Executive makes the following Regulations under the Public Health Act 1928.

Commencement

1.  These Regulations commence on the day on which they are notified in the Gazette.

Principal Regulations

2.  In these Regulations, “Principal Regulations” means the Public Health (Infectious and Notifiable Diseases) Regulations.

Interpretation

3.  Regulation 3 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting from subregulation (4) “National Health and Medical Research Council ‘Immunisation Procedures’, 4th edition, published 1991” and substituting “National Health and Medical Research Council ‘Australian Immunisation Procedures Handbook’, 5th edition, published 1994”.
