s1 2 s3 Public Health (Infection Control for Personal No. 349, 2003 Appearance Services) (Postponement) Regulation 2003 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Public Health (Infection Control for Personal Appearance Services) (Postponement) Regulation 2003 . 2 Postponed commencement of Act, ss 24 and 25 (1) The period before automatic commencement, under the ActsInterpretation Act 1954 , section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 30 June 2005. 1 (2) In this section— “postponed law” means the Public Health (Infection Control for PersonalAppearance Services) Act 2003 , sections 24 and 25. 3 Expiry This regulation expires on 2 July 2005.
