Regulations under the Public Health Ordinance 1928 1

I, RALPH JAMES D U N N E T HUNT, the Minister of State for Health, hereby make the following regulations under the Public Health Ordinance 1928.

PUBLIC HEALTH (FEES) REGULATIONS

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Public Health (Fees)

Regulations.

2. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 January 1980.

3. The regulations specified in the Schedule are amended as set out

in that Schedule.

4. Regulation 5 of the Public Health (Boarding-houses) Regulations is amended by adding at the end of sub-regulation ( 1 ) " , together with a fee of $20" .
