I make the following order under section 187(2) of the Public Health Act 1997 .21 December 2005

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Public Health (Exemption) Order 2005 . 2CommencementThis order takes effect on 1 January 2006. 3Exemption from section 67B(1)(e) of the Public Health Act 1997An area approved under regulation 5 of the Public Health (General) Regulations 2005 as an approved smoking area is exempt from the application of section 67B(1)(e) of the Public Health Act 1997 .
