I make the following order under section 187 of the Public Health Act 1997 .8 February 2001

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Public Health (Exemption) Amendment Order 2001 . 2CommencementThis order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal OrderIn this order, the Public Health (Exemption) Order 2000 is referred to as the Principal Order. 4Clause 4 revoked Clause 4 of the Principal Order is revoked. 5Clause 6 revoked Clause 6 of the Principal Order is revoked.
