I, JAMES JOSEPH CARLTON, the Minister of State for Health, hereby make the following Regulations under the Public Health Ordinance 1928.

Interpretation
1. Regulation 2 of the Public Health (Eating Houses) Regulations is amended by inserting after the definition of "approved" the following definition:

" 'Chairman' means the person for the time being holding, or performing the duties of, the office of Chairman of the Capital Territory Health Commission;".

Application for, and renewal of, registration

2. Regulation 4 of the Public Health (Eating Houses) Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (1) "forward therewith a fee of $20" and substituting "pay a fee of $20 to the Capital Territory Health Commission.".
