Public Health (Eating Houses) Regulations1 (Amendment)

The Australian Capital Territory Executive makes the following Regulations under the Public Health  Act 1928.

Principal Regulations

1.  In these Regulations, “Principal Regulations” means the Public Health (Eating Houses) Regulations.

Commencement

2.  These Regulations commence on the day on which they are notified in the Gazette.

Repeal

3.  Regulations 3 to 6 (inclusive) of the Principal Regulations are repealed.

Repeal

4.  Regulation 15 of the Principal Regulations is repealed.

Prohibition on dogs

5.  Regulation 18 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting from subregulation (2) “the last preceding subregulation” and substituting “subregulation (1)”.

Repeal

6.  Regulations 20 and 21 of the Principal Regulations are repealed.

Schedule

7.  The Schedule to the Principal Regulations is repealed.
