REGULATIONS 1969 No. 8t
1. Regulation 18 of the Public Health (Eating Houses) Regulations is amended
by adding at the end thereof the following sub-regulation:—
" (2.) It is not an offence under the last preceding sub-regulation for the proprietor of an eating house to allow a guide dog accompanying a blind person to be in a dining room in that eating house.".
2. The Public Health (Eating Houses) Regulations are amended as set out
in the Schedule to these Regulations.
