I, MICHAEL JOHN RANDAL M A C K E L L A R , the Minister of State for Health, hereby make the following Regulations under the Public Health Ordinance 1928.

Labelling of cream containers

1. Regulation 16 of the Public Health (Dairy) Regulations is amended by omitting from paragraph (1) (c) "words specifying the substance used as a thickener; and" and substituting "the words 'Thickener added'; and".

Labelling and sale of cream mixture
2. Regulation 17 of the Public Health (Dairy) Regulations is amended by omitting sub-regulation (1) and substituting the following sub-regulation:

"(1) A person shall not sell cream mixture in a container unless there is
attached to the container a label on which is written in bold-faced sanserif

capital letters not less than 3 millimetres in height the words 'Cream Mixture'.".
