I, NEAL BLEWETT, the Minister of State for Health, hereby make the following Regulation under the Public Health Ordinance 1928.

Pasteurized milk to be sold fresh

Regulation 83 of the Public Health (Dairy) Regulations is amended by

omitting from sub-regulation (1) "3" and substituting "5".
