Public Health (Dairy) Regulations (ACT)

REGULATIONS 1963. No. 5.*

Authorised by the ACT Parliamentary Counsel—also accessible at

omitting sub-regulation (1.) and by inserting in its stead the following sub- hours- Regulation 82 of the Public Health (Dairy) Regulations is amended by Delivery

regulation:—
" (1.) A person shall not engage in the retail distribution of milk or cream from any vehicle to a person or place, not being a milk shop or school—

(a) during the months of June, July, August and September, except between the hours of nine o'clock in the evening of one day and half-past seven o'clock in the morning of the next succeeding day; and

(b) during the other months of each year, except between the hours
of eleven o'clock in the evening of one day and half-past

seven o'clock in the morning of the next succeeding day.".
