PUBLIC HEALTH ORDINANCE
PUBLIC HEALTH (DAIRY) REGULATIONS*

REGULATIONS 1968, No. 5 t

Regulation 82 of the Public Health (Dairy) Regulations is amended by omitting sub-regulation (1.) and inserting in its stead the following sub- regulation:—
"(1.) A person shall not engage in the retail distribution of milk or cream

from a vehicle to a person or place, not being a milk shop or school—

(a)

during the months of May, June, July, August and September— except between the hours of seven o'clock in the evening of one day and half past seven o'clock in the morning of the next succeeding day; and

(b)

during the other months of the year—except between the hours of eight o'clock in the evening of one day and half past seven o'clock in the morning of the next succeeding day.".
