PUBLIC HEALTH ORDINANCE
PUBLIC HEALTH (DAIRY) REGULATIONS*
REGULATIONS 1970 No. 12f\
1. Regulation 14 of the Public Health (Dairy) Regulations is amended by omitting paragraph (c) and inserting in its stead the following paragraph:—
" (c) unless there is legibly embossed on the disc, cap or device used for sealing the bottle, or there is legibly embossed or printed on the carton, in eight point lettering, a figure or figures indicating the day of the month of the year on which the milk was pasteurised; and ".
2 . Regulation 16 of the Public Health (Dairy) Regulations is amended by omitting paragraph (ba) and inserting in its stead the following paragraph:—
" (ba) there is legibly embossed on the disc, cap or device used for sealing the container, or there is legibly embossed or printed on the carton, in eight point lettering, a figure or figures indicating the day of the month of the year on which the cream was placed in the container;".
3. Regulation 37 of the Public Health (Dairy) Regulations is amended by omitting sub-paragraphs (v) and (vi) of sub-regulation (1.) and inserting in their stead the following word and paragraph:—
" and (v) is used solely for the carriage or delivery of milk or cream for
sale.".
4 . Regulation 81 of the Public Health (Dairy) Regulations is repealed and the following Regulation inserted in its stead:—
" 8 1 . A person shall not sell or supply milk or cream that has been carried over a milk run or part of a milk run by a retail milk distributor to a retail milk distributor, to a milk shop, to a hospital, to a school, to a place at which meals or refreshments are provided for the public or to a place at which lodging is provided.".

5. Regulation 82 of the Public Health (Dairy) Regulations is amended by omitting sub-regulation (1.) and inserting in its stead the following sub- regulation:—
" (1.) A person shall not engage in the retail distribution of milk or cream from a vehicle to a person or place, not being a milk shop or school, except at a time in the period between six o'clock in the evening of one day and one o'clock in the morning of the next succeeding day.".
