Made under the Public Health (Consequential Provisions) Act 2016 section 2(1)(c) by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

This proclamation is the Public Health (Consequential

Provisions) Act 2016 Commencement Proclamation 2019.

2.             Commencement

The Public Health (Consequential Provisions) Act 2016 Part 4

Division 15 and section 276 come into operation on the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the Gazette.
