Made under the Public Health (Consequential Provisions) Act 2016 section 2(1)(b) and (c) by the Governor in Executive Council.

This proclamation is the Public Health (Consequential
Provisions) Act 2016 Commencement Proclamation 2017.
2. Commencement
The Public Health (Consequential Provisions) Act 2016 Parts 2
and 3 come into operation on 24 January 2017.
