I, JAMES JOSEPH CARLTON, the Minister of State for Health, hereby make the following Regulations under the Public Health Ordinance 1928.

Interpretation
1. Regulation 4 of the Public Health (Barbers' Shops) Regulations is amended by inserting after the definition of "barber's shop" the following definition:
" 'Chairman' means the person for the time being holding, or performing the duties of, the office of Chairman of the Capital Territory Health Commission;".
Registration of barbers' shops
2. Regulation 6 of the Public Health (Barbers' Shops) Regulations is amended by omitting sub-regulation (6) and substituting the following sub-regulation:
"(6) A fee of $20 is payable to the Capital Territory Health Commission in respect of the registration of premises as a barber's shop.".
