Public Health and Wellbeing Amendment (Notifiable Conditions) Regulations 2022
The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Public Health and Wellbeing Regulations 2019 to remove novel coronavirus 2019 (2019-nCoV) from the lists of notifiable conditions in Schedules 3 and 4 to those Regulations.
2Authorising provisions
These Regulations are made under sections 232 and 238 of the Public Health and Wellbeing Act 2008.
3Schedule 3—Registered medical practitioners—notifiable conditions and notification details
Item 15A in Part 1 of Schedule 3 to the Public Health and Wellbeing Regulations 2019[1] is revoked.
4Schedule 4—Pathology services—notifiable conditions and notification details
Item 15A in Part 1 of Schedule 4 to the Public Health and Wellbeing Regulations 2019 is revoked.
