I, the Minister for Health, in pursuance of section 51 (2) of the Public Health Act 2010, make the following Order.

Explanatory note
The object of this Order is to amend the Public Health Act 2010 to add viral haemorraghic fevers to the list of medical conditions in Schedule 1 to that Act:
| (a) | that must be notified by medical practitioners to the Secretary of the Ministry of Health, and |
| (b) | for which the Secretary of the Ministry of Health may direct a person to undergo medical examination, and |
| (c) | for which an authorised medical practitioner may make a public health order. |
This Order is made under section 51 (2) of the Public Health Act 2010.
